Who I am?

Hi, my name is Benjamin Williams, and I am the founder and head coach of 'The Beginners Club'.

​I am a British certified personal trainer and nutritionist with over 4 years of experience in the fitness world.

 

What I've realised in my years of working with hundreds of people is, we're not all trying to look like Arnold or run as fast as Bolt. 

But the majority are trying to live as healthy and happy a life as possible. I truly believe that can be achieved from eating well, staying active and being part of a community.


The Beginners Club is for anyone who is serious about improving their life.


It's for those beginning their next chapter in their health and fitness journey, whether you're just starting or striving for your next goal.
